i absolutely understand the amount of stress and pressure you're feeling, especially in terms of being unable to enjoy your hobbies like you used to.
i can go on and on about it, but i feel like the best thing for you is to simply take some rest from what you're doing, and simply focus on the more important aspects of your life. doesn't matter how long or short the break is. if a break is needed, a break is needed. your wellbeing is everything, and that's something that's highly misunderstood by a good majority of people. (even i tend to struggle with it too!)
but overall, progress should be the main focus here. and i'm not just talking about art, but personal progress. and from what it seems, your personal life has gotten a bit better. maintain that, or at the very least appreciate it and always look forward. even if its something small, like changing a minor habit. you'll always find something to progress on.
however, this is just my personal opinion. you don't need take it to heart, however if you need someone to reach out to. you can always PM me. take your time, man.

thank you, you're too kind. I've had people throught the day tell me to take a step back too so i'll totally take it to heart, it makes sense yknow. It's hard but i think i can do it :) again i appreciate the kind words
